“DIAMAIR” is an Education Consultancy that provides turnkey support to partners in setting up educational institutions.
Our Mission is to create educational institutions that focus on Learning as a journey rather than just a means to an end.
Built on sound ethics and values, Diamair provides the scaffolding that enables like-minded individuals to set up schools that are joyful and progressive learning environments which lay equal emphasis on skills and knowledge.

The team at DIAMAIR is led by Neethi Srikumar, an educationist with nearly four decades of experience and expertise in the education domain.
A Gold Medallist for her Master’s in Education from M.S. University, Baroda, and a post graduate degree in English Literature from School of Languages, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, her journey in the domain began with Early Years Education and over the years taught across all grades at both the primary and secondary levels. A passionate educator, she has donned various hats, her favourite one being that of a “Lifelong Learner”. Convinced that the “HOW” of learning is more important than the “WHAT” of learning, she has created environments that nurture and motivate the learner. As a teacher, she used technology to enhance student learning and this won her the First Prize at the National Level awarded by Intel (“Teach to the Future Award”) for integrating technology into the curriculum, in 2002.
As a teacher and later principal, she also conducted several workshops and webinars for teachers and parents. She transitioned from Teacher to Educator to Trainer and Mentor over the span of two and a half decades. After holding various leadership roles in different schools, and finally setting up a greenfield school in Hyderabad as its Founder Principal, she joined an Education Consultancy in Delhi, retiring in 2021 as Vice President Operations.
During her tenure with the company, she was instrumental in setting up nearly 20 of their schools. Starting from grass roots and providing total solutions and support, Neethi has helped build the foundation for these thriving institutions. As Vice President Operations, she led a team of subject and process experts to set up these schools, both in India and abroad.
Her exceptional expertise in school set up, especially at the conceptualisation and planning stages, saw the seamless and timely launch of the schools she was responsible for. Apart from Operations, Curriculum and Pedagogy, School Management Systems, School Infrastructure and Design has been one of her unique fortes.
The post launch support provided under her guidance ensured that the schools continued to pursue excellence in all areas of functioning. These institutions became forces to reckon with in the city and state they were in, with their staff and students often bringing home a variety of awards and laurels.
As MD & CEO of DIAMAIR, she continues her journey as Educator, Mentor and Consultant, creating lifelong learners in a nurturing, progressive and happy learning environments.
